Kate Welch is coming to Cres!

Hold onto your dice, adventurers! We’re beyond thrilled to announce that the Kate Welch is joining us at Isle of Wonders – Cres 2025!

Kate Welch is a game designer, writer, performer, and all-around storytelling wizard. A legend of the modern Dungeons & Dragons era, Kate helped shape the worlds of Waterdeep: Dragon Heist, Descent into Avernus, and Ghosts of Saltmarsh during her years at Wizards of the Coast. She’s also the unforgettable Rosie Beestinger from Acquisitions Incorporated: The “C” Team, and the brain behind the gloriously chaotic stream Welch’s Game Juice.

And guess what? She’s not just visiting the island, she’s DM-ing live sessions. That’s right: live, in-person, dice-rolling, imagination-exploding sessions with a celebrity Dungeon Master at the helm. And yes, you can apply to be at her table. (Info coming soon, so keep your eyes peeled and your character sheets handy.)
