Yes, that Luke Gygax, the son of the legendary Gary Gygax who co-created the game that changed everything: Dungeons & Dragons. He’s our guest of honor at this year’s festival, and we couldn’t be more thrilled.

Luke will be hosting panels, giving talks, chatting with festival-goers (yes, with you!), and, most importantly, running D&D games that anyone can apply to join. If you’ve ever dreamed of adventuring under the guidance of someone with a direct line to the origin of the game itself, now’s your chance.

For us at Isle of Wonders, this is a major milestone. A huge honor. And a golden opportunity to grow the festival into a true hub for D&D players and lovers of collaborative storytelling, a place where stories come to life, heroes rise from the table, and dragons are always just around the corner.
